Chef's Boza Recipe of the month: Breakfast Basket

Quick and easy breakfast for getting a head start to a busy day

MUSHROOM SAUCE
Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp chopped Onions
  • ¾ Cup batton mushroom rough chopped
  • 1 Tsp cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp Basic Brown sauce
  • ¾ Cup warm water
  • Pinch salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • In a medium pan heat cooking oil with onion until soft
  • Add Mushrooms and sautéed it for 1 minutes
  • Mix basic brown sauce with warm water and add it to mushrooms
  • Put salt and pepper to taste
  • Sautee it until thicken a bit.

HASH BROWN POTATOES
Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Whole Potato
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Spring onions
  • Pinch salt and pepper for taste
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil

Method

  • In a medium pan heat cooking oil with onion , spring onion together
  • Grate potato and pour all the sautéed ingredients together mix well
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Finish it with flour and mix well
  • Make nice round shape and fry them in a medium heat until soft and golden brown.

Place thick sliced ham on plate then stack the hash-brown, tomato, egg & mushroom sauce.
