| HASH BROWN POTATOES
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Whole Potato
- 1 Tsp Chopped Spring onions
- Pinch salt and pepper for taste
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Method
- In a medium pan heat cooking oil with onion , spring onion
together
- Grate potato and pour all the sautéed ingredients
together mix well
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Finish it with flour and mix well
- Make nice round shape and fry them in a medium heat until
soft and golden brown.
Place thick sliced ham on plate then stack the hash-brown,
tomato, egg & mushroom sauce.
