Coming from the O R Tambo International Airport

Approximately 30-45 minutes away traveling time, and approximately 40 kms

• Exit the O R Tambo International Airport and follow directions for R21 Johannesburg
• R21 leads to N3 Durban which runs parallel to N12 Bloemfontein/Kimberly – follow these signs
• N12 splits just after you have passed Alberton, keep an extreme right lane.
• Follow N12 Bloemfontein/Kimberly until the exit of Golden Highway
• Exit Golden Highway off-ramp and turn right onto Golden Highway (Direction Vereenigin)
• Pass Sasol Garage on the left
• Pass the BP Garage on the left and the brown signage for the Soweto Country Club
• Immediately after the Soweto Country Club signage, turn right into Union Road
• Pass Eldorado Park (residential) on the right
• Go through traffic lights and straight through circle, keeping on Union Road
• Pass the market stalls on the right hand side and Kliptown Plaza on the left hand side
• At the T-Junction, turn right into Main Street, and pass the Kliptown Museum on the right hand side
• Turn right into the entrance of the Walter Sisulu Square of Dedication to access parking at the Soweto Hotel on Freedom Square.
